Grow AND Learn Naturally

Our Approach

At G1 Early Education we believe in providing warm and welcoming learning environments where children are encouraged to explore, create, and discover the world around them.

Our thoughtfully designed play spaces provide endless opportunities for children to engage in both indoor and outdoor play freely. We believe that the environment is the third teacher, so it is essential that our play spaces inspire children to investigate their surroundings!

Complementing our learning areas is our Educational Curriculum, designed to look at children holistically - supporting each child to develop socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. We believe children should be active decision-makers when it comes to their own learning, and we encourage our little learners to initiate and direct their own play – of course, with guidance from our Educators.
At G1 Early Education we understand the importance and benefits of creating strong partnerships with our families and strive to achieve this with everyone who walks through our doors. We acknowledge that what open communication is shared between families and Educators better outcomes can be achieved for children – we welcome your participation in your child’s learning journey!

We can’t wait to welcome you into the G1 Early Education family!

Meet The Centre manager

Brittany has been in the sector for the past 7 years, with 5 years in leadership roles.

She is a mum of 3 children aged 7 and under so she can definitely relate to all parents of the service when it comes to leaving your children in care – because of this, she strives to provide a loving and caring as well as educational environment for all children.

The amazing toddler years. With independence emerging we marry our empathy and intuitive understanding of children with a deep knowledge of how they develop.

While an important age for emotional development, this curious and lively group of children are also keen to take on challenges and develop their physical ability.

As part of our service, your child will learn to -

discuss feelings, develop critical thinking, and engage in constant communication with peers and educators. Plus everyday skills such as toilet training and independence at meal times, our educator's goal is to always be in tune with your child’s and families needs. Every creative gesture provides a possible new learning territory that can be picked up and explored.

G1 Early Education recognises this is the time for children to move from toddlerhood to childhood and is an important time in their emotional development. Your child will really start to understand that their body, mind, and emotions belong to them as they start to know the difference between feeling happy, sad, afraid, or angry.

Our 3 year old Kinder program is designed to empower children, build confidence and foster a sense of belonging in their wider community.

Our educators are continuously reflecting and proactive as they encourage children to cooperatively play and explore new challenges. We set the tone, relating, responding and reassuring to build the necessary trust and personal confidence for children to become explorers and adventurers.

It is our ultimate goal to prepare the next generation to succeed in life. The key to this is teaching children how to think critically and solve problems. Our Kinder program will give your child the best possible preparation not only for school but for life.

With structured teacher-led learning (intentional Teacher) and child-initiated play, our kinder program is integrated across the day and led by degree-qualified teachers. It’s a play-based program, with children participating in regular small group activities.

At G1 Early Education, we put every individual child at the heart of what we do – seeking to understand their wider life context and celebrating their uniqueness. Living in today’s rapidly transformational world, our program seeks to equip your children with resilience and adaptability to develop independent life skills – to grow in self-confidence and self-identity.
